She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Herncane and Stella Herncane (Souders); her husband Frank Chapman; her daughter Janice Johnson (Chapman) of Tahlequah; and her sisters-in-law, Wanda Tehee and Barbara Metcalf of Tulsa.

She is survived by : her son Sam Chapman of Afton; and her sister-in-law Delorse Manship (Arlie Manship) of Tahlequah. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, six nieces and nephews, sixteen great nieces and nephews, many cousins and other relatives, friends.
