He is survived by : his wife Janis Miller; his son Thomas Ball III of Perry, OK; and his siblings, Mike Ball (Pokey) of Agra, OK, Mary Ludtke of Agra, OK, Linda McPike of Oregon and Elner Becker (Ed) of Washington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
