He was predeceased by : his parents, Wirt Henry "Bill" Brand Sr. and Juanita "Neta" Pauline Brand (Burch); his wife Barbara Ann Brand (Lair); his son Robbin Brand; his grandson Tanner Brand; and his brothers, Billy Brand and Bob Brand.

He is survived by : his children, Greg Brand (Rochelle) of Alex, OK, Brian Brand (Leah) of Blanchard, OK and Shelly Brand of Alex, OK; his grandchildren, Matthew Brand (Jennifer) of Alex, Danielle Brand (Carl) of Oklahoma City, Paige Luna of Alex, Kallee Dunn (Kaleb) of Chickasha, Dakota Brand, Trisha of Rush Springs, Trey Perkins of Yukon and Delaney West (Warren) of Geronimo; and also Brandee. He is also survived by his family, friends.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Winans Funeral Home (401 Main St, Maysville, OK 73057).
