He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray H. and Edna Sullivan (Blancet); his wife Myrtie Sullivan; his brother Donnie Sullivan; and his granddaughter Melanie Curry.
He is survived by: his children, Saundra (Jeff Burchill) and Monte Dale Curry; his grandchildren, MaKenzie R, Traci Hooper and Husband Al; his great grandchildren, Heather Adams (Justin), Zac Downey and Kazia Curry; his daughter Charley Adams; and his brother David Sullivan (Barbara).
