He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Maxwell and Mary Maxwell (Beck); his wife Glenda; and his siblings, Cleo Maxwell, Lois Carlson and Zola Pantry.
He is survived by: his former wife Betty Jo Chase; his sons, Stephen Maxwell (Sarah) of Overland Park, Scott Maxwell (Leslie) of Edmond and Jeffrey Maxwell (Kristi) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his stepdaughter Angela Nelson (Timothy) of Alva; his nephew Denis Carlson (Sara) of Freedom; and his grandchildren, Kayli Maxwell of Edmond, Myka Naylor (Ryan) of Oklahoma City, Baylor Maxwell (Ariel) of Galveston, Truitt Maxwell of Houston, Codi of Oklahoma City, Casey Maxwell of Oklahoma City, Kristin Gayden of Longmont, Wade Maxwell of Augusta, Vannessa Scoggins of Alva and Caitlyn Blankenship (Chris) of Cherokee, Iowa. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made through the funeral home to a trust set up for the children of Lonnie Bolar.
