He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray E. Dunkin and Vaudith Dunkin (Hensley); and his wife Cecie. He is survived by: his former wife Donna McNeil; his friend Steve Parkhurst; his former wife Cecilia Kay Parkhurst; his daughter Kellie Dunkin (Brett Lane); his grandson Cole Dunkin of Denver; his son Ryan Dunkin of Dallas; his cousins, Dennis Dunkin (Llew), Steve Dunkin (Mary) and David Dunkin; his stepmother Dortha Dunkin; and his sisters, Anne Place and Robyn Barkett. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
