She was predeceased by: her husband Leon Perfect; and her siblings-in-law, David Perfect, Loren Perfect and Georgia Perfect. She is survived by: her children, LeAnn Marie (Ron) of Vici and Jerry Perfect (Jill) of Kansas City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Brian Tatro of Yukon, Brandon Tatro of San Francisco, Joshua Perfect of Roeland Park and Sarah Perfect of Kansas City; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Wiersig (Larry) of Alva and Vickie Keesee (Tom) of Bethany.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation for Alzheimer's research or the NWOSU Foundation.
