He is survived by: his spouse Scarlet Scarberry; his sons, Marvin (Jeanene Scarberry), Chad Scarberry (Kayla Goodale), Carl (Mandy Crites) and Anthony (Ashten Williams); his siblings, Kerry Scarberry (Vickey) of Clayton, OK and Helen Williams (Tim) of Nashoba, OK.; his former wife Sherry Brian of Nashoba, OK.; his great grandchildren, Hagen Johnson, Allie, Kason, Remington, Fisher Nunnelee and Rowan Robertson; Chad Johnson, Mckenna Nunnelee, Jaden Crites, Natalie Scarberry, Charlee Donaho, Marley Crites, Jagger Crites, Ally Williams, Logan Scarberry, Cash Williams and Emily Livingston.
