She was predeceased by : her parents, Staley Allen and Dovie Allen; her husband Buford O. Smith, Jr.; and her siblings, Ralph Allen, Arthur Allen, Marie Bain, Ruby Cranfield, Betty Cranfield and Eunice Swift.
She is survived by : her children, Ellen Burnett (Elbert) of Antlers and Carl Smith; and her brother John W. Allen (Lynda). She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and countless nieces, nephews, and friends.
