He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis H. Love and Annie Katherine Henson Love; and his sisters, Linda Lou, Lynn and Shelia Renee.

He is survived by: his siblings, Odis Ray, Melvin Eugene, Bobby Dean, Jimmy Glenn, Kathy Marie, Donna Sue and Enis DeWayne; and his cousin Arnold Austin.
