She was predeceased by: her parents, John Maurice Van Horn, Sr. and Virginia Hoffman Van Horn. She is survived by: her sons, Patrick Miller, Michael Miller, John Miller and William Owen Miller, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Yadira Van Horn. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
