He is survived by: his wife Laura Mitchell; his children, William Leeman "Buck" Mitchell, Daniel Todd Mitchell, Laura Jo Honea and Cara Louise Rogers; and his half-brother Gary Mitchell. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
