He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Russell Salthouse and Lorene Rushing Salthouse; and his siblings, Bobby, Jerry, Merle Salthouse, Sue Smith, Patty Tarwater and Carolyn George.
He is survived by: his wife Laquita Salthouse; and his children, Tammy Goldman, Lisa Salthouse, Tabatha Ross, Randy Clark, Dennis Clark and Billy Salthouse, Jr.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
