He is survived by: his parents, Roger Dale Middleton and Brenda Gail Middleton (Langston); his stepbrother Leon Edwards; his wife Zenda Middleton; his brother Joe Middleton (Cindy); his nieces and nephews, Shelby, Andrew and Daisy; his grandmother Ella Langston of Calera, AL; and his stepsiblings, Robert Edwards of Georgia and Lisa Marie Edwards of Florida.
