He was predeceased by: his mother Christine Lewis of Lone Grove; his grandparents, Dorsey, Anita Mose, Edwin Lewis and Amelia Campos; his aunts and uncles, Dorislene Morgan, Jean Stapleton, Linda Tahermandarjai, Joe Brown and Gary Brown; his sister-in-law Jaime Lewis; and his father Charles "Charlie" Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Este-Chate Lewis, Silas Jacob Lewis of Ardmore and Jenesis Lewis (Elijah Wagoner); and his siblings, Coby Lewis and Ziva Lewis of Lone Grove. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and great nephews.
