It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edwin Lewis in Ardmore, Oklahoma, born in Madill, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Lewis and Amelia Campos (Shoemaker); his stepfather Johnny Campos; his son Chad Lewis; his daughter-in-law Jaime Lewis; and his siblings, Minnie Jean Stapleton, Linda Carroll Tahermandarjani, Joe Brown and Gary Brown.
He is survived by: his son Coby Lewis; and his siblings, Betty Baptiste and Arnold Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
