He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his parent John Grissom; his brother John W. "Bill" Grissom; and his nephew Randy Grissom. He is survived by: his children, Page Grissom Worsham (Harry) of Lone Grove and Alex Grissom (Asuka) of Satellite Beach, FL.; his grandchildren, Daniel Vernon (Cacy) of Ardmore, Charlie Grissom of Satellite Beach, Lacey Vertrees (Richard) of Hugoton, KS, Brandon Worsham and Hailey Price of Abilene; and his great grandchildren, Ava Vertrees and Grady Worsham.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 516 McLish Ave, Ardmore; Ardmore Animal Care, 321 Carol Brown Blvd, Ardmore or Cross Timbers Hospice, 207 C St NW, Ardmore.
