She was predeceased by: her parents, T. L. Reid and Evelyn Kinnard Reid; her son Shane Chaney; and her brother Jerry. She is survived by: her daughter Lora Brock; her granddaughter Rani Whitmore (Cody Hartwell); and her sister-in-law Judy Reid.

In Lieu of flowers, family asks that donations be made to OMRF (Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation) 825 N.E. 13th Street Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104.
