He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Toothman and Ethel Toothman; his sister Catherine; and his half-brother Hank Farrell. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, David B. Toothman, Jr. and Martha Collings (Kenny); his grandchildren, Kendall Jordan (Joe) and Jon Collings (Lauren); and his great grandchild Kennedy Catherine Jordan.
