He is survived by: his wife Misti Ezell (Box); his children, David Ezell, Jr. of Dickson, Wyatt Ezell of Dickson, Dalton Ezell of Dickson, Delaney Ezell of Sulphur, Hannah Ezell of Sulphur and Nataley Ezell of Sulphur; his grandson Dante Smith of Sulphur; and his siblings, Danny Ezell Jr. (Renee) of Lone Grove and Jessica Taylor (Aaron Copeland) of Ardmore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
