He is survived by: his wife Cletta McCullough; his children, Angie Halsell (Les) and Joesph McCullough; his grandchildren, Dakota Cox (Sarah Arkeketa), Kaden Lovett (Corey) and Colton Jim; and his siblings, Myra Pitts and Bill McCullough.
