He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vauda Black and Garnett Black; his wife Bettie Flanagan; his children, Don Black Jr. of Ardmore and Karen Black of Ardmore; and his brother Wayne Black of Edmond. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
