He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hensley and Edith Mae Hensley; his grandparents, Doc Hensley and Lizzie Hensley; and his brothers, Billy D. Tallant, Ronald W. Tallant and Lee Ervin Tallant, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Jack Hensley and Sherry Hensley of Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Jessica and Kala; his great grandchildren, Josie, Violet and Thomas; and his siblings, Gary Tallant and Judy Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
