She was predeceased by: her husbands, Donald Self Sr. and Frank M. Daffern; her granddaughter Shea Self; and her brothers, Charles Ray Winchester and William David Winchester.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Ray Self (Ronda), Dylan Self (Michelle) and Dawnia Cravatt (Rick); her grandchildren, Toby Self, DaLesa Self, Darren Self, Dyla Self, Kara Hamilton, Brendon Vandergriff, Dylan Self, Jr. and Johnathon Self; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hunter, Dakota, Cale Michael, Willow and Rowan; and her sister Nellie Pearl Raines.
