He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray Scrugham and Blanche Scrugham; and his parents, Gene, Sr. and Eva Scrugham. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Gena Nalley (Patrick) of Corinth, TX, Richard Scrugham (Erika) of Celina, TX, Chris Scrugham and Tammy Key of Ardmore; his brother Lonnie Scrugham of Florida; his mother-in-law Rosie Vanway of Ardmore; his brothers-in-law, Mike Vanway and Jim Vanway (Marcella); and his grandchildren, Matthew Hodges, Wesley Hodges, Johnathon Hodges, Joshua Hodges, Blake Scrugham, Kelsey Scrugham, Mikaylan Downing and Reace Downing. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
