She is survived by: her children, Bruce Harrell (Kathy), Shelley Wissinger (Allen) and David Shane Patton; her sister Sarah Morehead (Sam); and her grandchildren, Jason, Julia, Beth, Michael, Steven, Amber, Colby, Hannah and Sophie. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
