He was predeceased by: his parents, Harve C. Norman and Myrtle Groomer Norman; his son Basil Curtis Norman; his stepfather H. E. 'Babe Elles; his brother Harvey C. Norman; and his stepsiblings, Freddie Elles and Peggy Elles Heldenbrand.
He is survived by: his son Harvey Joe Norman of Wilson, Oklahoma; his wife Billye Jean Norman; his sons, Sterling Cody Norman (Wahoo) and Kelly of Milo; his grandchildren, Juston Troy Norman, Dakota Lee Norman, Kelly Joe Norman, Erin Norman and Naomi Norman; and his great grandchildren, Gunner Troy William Norman, Gus David Norman, Gradi Page Norman, Cody Gage Norman, Rylee Nicole Norman, Kolton Bates, Alexis and Perri.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Milo Baptist Church Building Fund.
