James Cates Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 30, 2018 we had to say goodbye to James Cates (Ardmore, Oklahoma), born in Foreman, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie Gable; his sister Lynn Cranfill; and his grandchildren, Shedrick and Joshua. He is survived by: his children, Toni Hignight of Kingston, OK, Teresa Carpenter, David Thomason of Lone Grove, Laura Pack (Greg) of Ardmore, Chris Cates (Mary) of Lone Grove, Michael Cates and Marina Cooper of Lone Grove; and his sisters, Wanda Garrett of Stroud, OK and Barbara Marlow of Durant, OK.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren many nieces, nephews and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Ardmore Veterans Center or the charity of your choice.
