He was predeceased by: his fathers, Randy Fullagar and Leonard Fullagar; and his brother Jonathan M. Hotema. He is survived by: his sons, Clark Hotema, Ethan Hotema and Randy Hotem; and his siblings, Michael L. Hotema, Jr., Thomas Hotema and Samantha J. Hill.
