He was predeceased by: his parents, Flanagan, Sr. and Emma Margaret Ann Colston; his wife Barbara; his son Jerry Michael Flanagan; and his brother Curtis Flanagan.
He is survived by: his sons, David Flanagan (Carolyn) of Ada and Dennis Flanagan (Amy) of Ardmore; his siblings, Don Flanagan (Paula) and Louise Howe of Boise, ID; his grandchildren, Jennifer Colley, Adam Flanagan, Steven Flanagan, Michael Flanagan, Caleb Mason and Darcy Mason; and his great grandchildren, Keaton, Haddie, Carson, Kendra, Benjamin, Quinn, Michael Jr. and Elizabeth.
