He is survived by: his wife Janice LynEd Green; his children, April Coates, Ashley Becker, Katlyn Green and Riley Green; his mother Kathy Phillips (Jim); his siblings, Riley Green (Rebecca), Paul Phillips (Susan) and Nancy Nelson (Rodney); and his stepsiblings, Jim Phillips (Peggy) and Linda Bowling (Ray).
