He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Heaven; his spouse Swathi Talluri; his daughter Amelia Sarah Ferris; and his granddaughter Amelia.

The family asked that in lieu of flowers memorial donations in Ken's memory be made to the First Presbyterian Church, American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association.
