He was predeceased by: his parents, Leta Murl O'Neal (Wells) and Troy Ernest O'Neal; and his brother Troy "Dink" O'Neal. He is survived by: his children, Ryan O'Neal and Jennifer Wessmiller (O'Neal); his son-in-law Jeff Wessmiller; his grandson Ryker Wessmiller; and his friend Brenda O'Neal.
