He was predeceased by: his grandfather Rudy Alvizo; and his uncle Ronnie Alvizo. He is survived by: his son Michael Dylan Alvizo of Ringling; his mother Gayle Alvizo Rice; his grandmother Andrea Sanchez; his uncle Andrew Alvizo (Margaret); his aunt Linda Lemley; his niece Vania Alvizo; his cousins, Charles Lemley of Ardmore, Daniel Hughes of Ardmore, Sabina Hughes and Jasmine Clayton of Denton; and his close friend Angie Thagard of Moore.
