She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Rosemarie Hill Lowman; her husband David W. Plesher; her daughter Kristin (Josh Blount); her father Daniel Lowman; her siblings, Rhonda Deaton (Todd), Lynda Miller (Tony) of Warsaw, Indiana and Michael Lowman (Shari Gibson) of Tumwater, Washington.; and her grandson Jakob David Blount.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Pam's name to the Coletta Breast Center, 4300 W. Memorial Road, Oklahoma City or the Cross Timbers Hospice.
