He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Paul Harrell and Barbara Crumb Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Holt; his father-in-law Hoyle Holt; his daughter Amber Freeman; his son-in-law Robert; and his sister-in-law Penny Wells (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the American Cancer Society, as both he and Carol were cancer survivors.
