She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Reuben Mayes and Tommie May Wilson Mayes; her husband Joseph Herbert Jr.; her children, Krystal Antwine, Kenneth P. Antwine, Vercora Herbert and Antoine Herbert; her sisters, Renita Dotson (Vincent), Melva Foreman (James) and Peggy Drake; and her grandchildren, Alasjaa, Kendre, Quentin, Khamari, Zachariah and Malia.
