She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewort W. Smith and Thelma C. Talley Smith; her spouse Billie Dean Tharp; her sons, Benjamin Harrison Tharp III and Billy Jack Walk; and her brother Dale Smith.
She is survived by: her son Allen Tharp (Kathy) of Lone Grove; her sister-in-law Rose Tharp; her brother Ralph Smith; and her grandchildren, Crystal Carrell (Regan) of Ardmore, Kirby Langford of Ardmore, Kenneth Walk (Melissa) of Healdton and Jeffery Walk of California.
