He is survived by: his wife Rita Sue Southerland; his children, Richard Rex, Robert Don and Sunni Rochelle Archuleta (Taylor); and his sister Patricia Curtis. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
