He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Barbara Smith of Oklahoma City; his children, Katherine Carr of Owasso, Oklahoma, Robert W. Allen Jr. of Ardmore and Diane Fuller of Apple Valley; and his wife Frances Graffham. He was also cherished by six grandchildren, four great granddaughters and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that memorial.
