He is survived by : his wife Tammy Day; his children, Dillon Day, Mercedes Day Petty (Kenneth), Jacob Royce Day (Amber Allen), Jeremiah Day (Ale), Naomi Day, Sequoyah Day, Tecumseh Day, Brittany Powell (Taylor), Talia Marris and Todd Sampson; his sisters, Yolanda Thompson and Bonnie Jo Day; his niece Sonya Gibson; his nephew Lee Gibson; and the mother of his children Mary June Day. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
