She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Jane Gilbert Michael and W. E. Lemley; and her brothers, J. D. Culberson, W. E. Lemley Jr. and Louis T "Buster" Lemley.
She is survived by: her children, Ramona Chamberlain Henry (Bob Henry) of Ardmore, Janie Chamberlain Pruitt (Fred Pruitt) of Lone Grove and Jeff Chamberlain of Ardmore; her nephew Charles Lemley; and her grandchildren, Kelly Lee, Jason Dwight Chamberlain Jr. Pallbearers and Matthew Rizzo of Durant. She is also survived by children.
