"Bill" Blalock; the father of her children Harold Dillard; her granddaughter Cindy Lynn Winsett; her great grandchild Katrina Dillard; her sister Shirley Boyd; her son-in-law Ken Grammer; and her stepdaughter Susan Seybold.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Dillard (Karen) of Talala, OK, Gary Dillard (Karen) of Belton, SC and Carol Sue Grammer of Carnation, WA; her siblings, Claudia Price (Jerald) and John Boyd (Gayle); and her stepdaughters, Gail Payne (David), Joyce MacFarland and Donna Portugues. She is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren.
