He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Megan Willitzer of Ardmore, Joel, Anne Capshaw and Evan Capshaw of Ardmore, OK; his brothers, Robert Capshaw of Edmond, OK and Phillip Capshaw (Dana) of Ardmore, OK; and his grandchildren, Ethan Willitzer, Violet Willitzer and Seraphina Howard.
