She is survived by: her husband David D. Blackburn; her children, Kevin Blackburn of Verona, MO and Kayla Golden (Wade) of Ada, OK; her sister Peggy Ray of Owasso, OK; her grandchildren, Jessica Fillmore (Aaron) of Clarksville, TN, Brent Blackburn (Jessica) of Claremore, OK, Destiny Golden of Ada, OK and Christyn Golden of Ada, OK; her great grandchildren, Emmalynn Fillmore of Clarksville, TN, Ellie Fillmore of Clarksville, TN, Elisha Blackburn of Claremore, OK and Jude Blackburn of Claremore, OK; Connie of Verona, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
