He is survived by: his children, Cassandra Taylor of Durant, Catrina Lythe of Caney and Jeremy Booker (Jenny) of Caney, OK; and his siblings, Patsy Hicks (Curtis) of Caney, Martha Hembree and David Booker. He is also survived by 8 GRANDCHILDREN 2 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
