He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ray and Shirley Ann Gaylor (Marsiano). He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Gaylor of Atoka, OK and Kenny Gaylor of Atoka, OK; his niece Ashley Franklin (Justin) of Atoka, OK; his daughter Amber Beverly (Austin) of Tennessee; his granddaughter Piper Beverly of Tennessee; his great-nieces, Brailynn Grady and Whitley Franklin of Atoka, OK; Raxtyn Anthony Franklin of Atoka, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
