He is survived by: his wife Thelma Lee Howard; his son Ronnie Howard (Shirlene) of Atoka, OK; his grandchildren, Derek Howard of Atoka, OK and Shanda Albertson of Moore, OK; his sibling's children, Richard Kent (Pam) of Ft and Billie Marie Dake (Bruce) of Winnsboro, TX; Frankie Hunt of Atoka, OK. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
