She is survived by: her children, William Self (Latricia) of Dallas, TX, Timothy Self (Patricia) of Atoka, OK, Michael Justus of Dallas, TX, Donna Eagleberger (Larry) of Stringtown, OK, Lisa Carlile (Todd) of Atoka, OK, Shannon Grist of Atoka, OK and Tracy Lick (William) of Harrah, OK; and her siblings, Roger Eddie Parker of Tupelo, OK, James "Jimmy" Parker (Judy) of Tupelo, OK, Gladys June Howard (Paul) of Stringtown, OK and Lora Nadine Bergquist of Minden, LA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
