He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Smith and Jessie Smith (Clark); his wife Jeri Smith (Collins); his children, Billy Joe Woods of Missoula, MT, Larry Howard Smith of Farris, OK and Victoria Shanks (James) of Farris, OK; his grandchildren, Little Billy, Jannetta, David Jr., Jody, Wade, Kevin, Dalton, Falon, Roxanne, Brianna, Shelby, Kaitlin and Kayla; and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Smith of Farris, OK, Mary Smith of Plano, TX and Laura Smith of Farris. He was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
